SEBPLUS GUARANTEE


Labour

•    Plantings, soil preparation and turf installation are done in a horticultural correct method.
•    All of our work is installed according to the highest level.
•    Patios and walkways are installed according to the manufactures suggestions.
•    We will repair any workmanship related problems that you report to us within the first year after installation.
•    Damage to our work is not covered.
•    We are responsible for the correction of our immediate work only and not for the conditions that may have been caused.
•    We are not responsible for the repairs to our work that is the result of settling.


Lawns

•    It is understood and agreed that the client / owner is responsible for proper watering and that the warranty will be void if the lawn is found to be in a dry condition.
•    We do not warrant that sown turf or turf will be free from moss, fungus, disease or insect damage and we will not respray such damage unless at the customer's expense.
•    This warranty is valid for 2 MONTHS from date of installation.
•    We must be notified within this period in order to carry out warranty work.
•    We are not responsible for negligence, abuse, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.


Lawn from Seed

•    We guarantee that the grass is of a uniform standard after the seed has fully germinated on acceptable soil.
•    We only use certified seed and are not responsible for weeds that may appear in existing soil or topsoil.
•    We will reseed or respray (the method used is at our sole discretion) any undeveloped areas. Bald spots due to puddles, gutters, runoff from roads or  driveways, or damage caused by dogs, children, or equipment are not included.



Lawn from Turf

•    We guarantee our turf is from a certified supplier and we are not responsible for weeds that may appear in existing soil or topsoil.
•    We will reseed undeveloped areas.
•    Damage due to puddles, gutters, road or driveway runoff, or damage caused by dogs, children, or equipment is not covered.
•    We advise our clients not to walk on newly laid lawns for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Concrete and Decking

•    We provides a 12 Month warranty on all new paving and decking installation.

Included in warranty:

•    Broken, loose, cracked joints.
•    Loose stones / paving flags / decking boards or other part of construction.
•    Concrete work (any crack wider than 25mm) will be patched and repaired, not replaced.

Not included in warranty:

•    Deterioration of joints or masonry surfaces due to over exposure from water, mould, fungus and fire.
•    Use of any chemical to clear or remove ice or snow from surface.
•    Partial or complete collapsing of the structure from any act of God, including hurricane, lightening, flood, fire, etc.
•    Cracking in masonry surfaces due to settling, shifting.
•    Collision (human or mechanical)
•    Improper use of structure (heavy machinery or large vehicles)
•    Concrete Work: Hairline cracks, spalling or slab shifting due to water, snow exposure and deicer

Landscaping Materials

•    Manufactured products are covered under the warranty of the manufacturer or the supplier as applicable.
•    Natural products are guaranteed to be defect-free at installation.
•    Cracking, shape of edges, texture of natural stone is beyond our control and is a characteristic of some natural materials.
•    Labour is not included under warranty for the correction of defective material manufactured or supplied by others.

Plants

•    We are unable to provide a guarantee for plants, but the nursery generally provides this.

Delays

•    Sebplus will take all necessary precautions to avoid unnecessary delays with respect to your landscape project.
•    The owner/client hereby acknowledge that we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. For example, severe weather, availability, or late delivery of products, strikes, and/or failure of other sub-contractors of the owner/client to complete other necessary work prior to project start.

Insurance

•    Sebplus carries liability and business insurance along with coverage for all employees/sub-contractors under workers compensation.  

•    We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
